iPhone 16e price in India

The top-of-the-line 512GB storage variant is priced at Rs 89,900. For comparison, the iPhone 16 was launched for Rs 79,900 (Rs 20,000 pricier than the iPhone 16e).

What's special about the iPhone 16e?
The iPhone 16e features a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR display with OLED technology. While it boasts a thin bezel design, it has a notch at the top of the screen, which reminds us of the iPhone 13 and the base iPhone 14.
The screen has a refresh rate of 60Hz, which means there’s no ProMotion support here like the Pro models, which enables a 120Hz refresh rate.
The smartphone also has a 48MP single camera on the rear and a 12MP selfie snapper on the front. The device can shoot 4K Dolby Vision videos at up to 60fps. It also has the Action Button, allowing you to quickly access your favourite apps, like camera and flashlight, among others.

Powering the device is Apple’s latest A18 chipset, the same chipset as the iPhone 16. It is paired with the Apple C1 cellular modem for 5G connectivity. Apple says that the device can offer 12 hours longer battery than all the Phone SE models. For wired charging, there’s a USB-C port.

Apart from this, the smartphone has Apple Intelligence, IP68 dust and water resistance rating, and iOS 18 out of the box. What do you think about the price of the new iPhone 16e? Are you willing to buy it? Do let us know in the comments below.
