• The GC can be redeemed on www.croma.com
• GC has to be activated before actual redemption by following the above activation process
• No two offers can be clubbed together
• GC activation valid till 30^th September’21
• Validity period of GC is 90 days from the date of activation
• No refund, replacement, or cashback would be considered against the EGC.
• This Voucher should be treated like cash. EGC can't be replaced or duplicated if lost or stolen.
• The EGC has to be utilized in one single transaction, No partial usage of GC is allowed
• The EGC cannot be reloaded
• Redemption of EGC by its bearer shall be a valid discharge of the company's liabilities in respect of Electronic Gift Card.
• Any dispute needs to be referred to the Company and the decision of the company shall be final.
• The EGC is subject to applicable laws. The company and EG holder shall comply with all applicable laws promulgated by any statutory/judicial/competent authority from time to time in this regard.
• Any dispute relating to the Electronic Gift Card shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.
