• Cardholder will be eligible for 10% Instant Discount up to Rs. 2000 for electronics purchased at Croma stores and online through EMI option using IDFC FIRST Bank Credit/Debit Cards on Pine labs terminals. 
• Cardholder will be eligible for 5% Instant Discount up to Rs. 1000 for electronics purchased at Croma stores and online through Full Swipe (Non-EMI Transaction) option using IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cards (only) on Pine labs terminals 
• Minimum product price to avail the offer is Rs 20,000
• Offer is limited to one transaction per customer/per month during the Offer period 
• No two offers can be clubbed together.  Please note this Instant Discount offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer that a customer might have received from Croma or Brand or OEM (Original equipment manufacturer) or IDFC FIRST Bank.

How to Avail Offer:

• Shop for Electronics at Croma Stores and online at https://www.croma.com/ for at least Rs 20,000 on Mondays’. Find the nearest Croma store at https://www.croma.com/store?location=default 
• Apply the IDFC FIRST Bank Card offer at Checkout page for Online transactions. For instore transactions, request the Croma sales staff at billing counter to apply applicable offer on IDFC FIRST Bank Card 
• Use IDFC FIRST Bank Card as mode of payment to avail of the benefit

Terms & Conditions:

• This offer is applicable on EMI transactions done at physical stores and online.
• Offer is applicable on Pine labs POS terminals only for physical stores.
• Offer is applicable on select tenures. 
• Discount will be given to a Cardholder only when it is mentioned on the charge slip. If the charge slip does not mention Discount, the Cardholder will not be entitled for the same.
• Processing fee of 1% of the transaction value (minimum Rs.99) plus taxes will be charged on EMI processing for Credit cards and Rs 199 plus taxes for EMI processing Debit Cards
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offers and promotions across the stores and online
• One card can be used only one time during the offer period. A customer will be eligible for the offer only once per month during offer period.
• Offer is subject to brand discretion, please enquire at store for offer availability before the purchase
• The Offer is made solely and entirely by IDFC FIRST Bank Ltd. (“Bank”) to the Bank’s Credit Cardholders (“Customers”), who have received communication by the Bank through emailer, SMS, Push Notification and / or any other direct communication channel intended for the customer only.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-cashable and non-negotiable.
• Cashback (if applicable) will be posted within 90 days after the offer end date to the eligible Credit Card account of the qualified customers only. Instant discount (if applicable) will be provided at Point of sale itself
• The offer validity, minimum purchase and maximum cashback/discount criteria of the offer, as mentioned in the communication received by you, will be applicable.
• Any Customer eligible for the offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, the offer terms and conditions mentioned in the Emailer, SMS, PN and/or banner, as well as, general terms and conditions of the Bank, before availing the Offer.
• The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
• The Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this Offer by another offer whether similar to this Offer or not or to extend or withdraw this Offer altogether.
• The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by any merchant with regards to this offer. The Customer is expected to take any grievance, pertaining to quality, delivery or any other issue of purchased goods and services, to the respective merchant and not to the Bank.
• The decision of the Bank limited in all matters in connection with and incidental to this Offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai.
• All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the offer shall be borne solely by the Customer and the Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges.
