This line-up has three phones - the base model Samsung Galaxy S23, the larger Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus, and the top-end Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. While the phones may not look very different from the Samsung Galaxy S22 series, there are a lot of changes under the hood.

Featuring a 6.1-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass, the phone has a battery life of 3,900mAh with fast and wireless charging compatibility. When it comes to Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus display is 6.6-inch, a whooping 5 inches more than the Galaxy S23. It also gets a larger battery of 4,700mAh. The Samsung Galaxy S23 camera and Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus camera setup stays the same with three cameras on the back with a 12MP front camera. And to top it all off are other specs like ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and stereo speakers.

A huge 6.8-inch QHD+ display panel with Corning Gorilla Glass proves why the phone is called Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. The only model in the line-up with S-pen stylus support, the phone has a pocket at the bottom to house it. The Samsung Galaxy S23 camera setup is different as well with four cameras at the rear.
